The MTN-8 forks come with the strongest upper and lower triple clamps in the industry. They are CNC machined out of billet 6061-T6 aluminum and are sized to fit today's downhill frames. They feature 2 inch diameter bores with 6 inch spacing between tubes and double pinch 6 mm allen cap screws for maximum rigidity and strength. The triple clamps have 2 sets of mounting holes for handlebar stems which provides the rider the most comfortable position. The triple clamps are secured to the frame with upper and lower tapered roller bearings for friction free turning and maintenance free tightness. The triple clamps also move the forks forward 1.5" to provide more downhill stability and room for riders knees when cranking.
